Shipping & Delivery
We offer multiple shipping options across the USA:
- Free shipping on orders over $150.
- PO BOX orders will be shipped using USPS.
- Delivery time is calculated in business days (Monday–Friday). We only ship orders Monday–Friday.
- Expedited orders placed on Friday will not be delivered on weekends.
Same-day shipping applies to all orders received and paid for before 12:00 PM EST on weekdays; these are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. During days of high order volume, your order may take up to 1–3 business days to ship.
Nova Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Orders returned to sender due to customer error will incur a $5 reshipment fee.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Requests for returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- Opened products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. (Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.)
- Refunds will only be issued as store credit, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
